After my graduation in Psychology, Post Graduation from SIBM and a stint with couple of agencies, the entrepreneurial bug bit me and as a result Paradigm Plus was conceived in April 1999. From an office in an outhouse of a bungalow to the sprawling offices in Pune and Bangalore. From a team size of 7 to over 100 likeminded professionals working together today. A vision of making lives better through advertising has come true but I believe there’s still a long way ahead of us!
Every organization is a reflection of the people who are at its helm and same applies to Paradigm Plus. As people Rajat Sarkar and me, the Directors of Paradigm Plus are down to earth ‘humans’, who are always approachable and solution finders. Workoholics to the core, passionate about the fraternity we belong to. It’s true when we say, “birds of a feather flock together.” For us our team is our family.
We have successful case studies of large National and Regional brands, but I would always like to be identified as a midsize National Agency. We are big to strategize and execute pan India 360 degree campaigns but small enough to be reached by our team and clients at all times.
Right from the beginning we have always believed in the strength of planning integrated campaigns. In 2005, we formed a
vertical to plan ‘on-ground activations’. In 2008, we became an INS accredited agency. Set up our Bangalore branch in 2009 and
a satellite Mumbai operations in 2010. Over the years, the consumer’s buying behavior has evolved and today, purchasing happens after spending hours researching on reviews and selecting between options, plus the brand recall, UI and UX also plays a significant role. Keeping in mind the communication and engagement with the consumers online and helping our clients take a well informed decision, we conceive our Digital division in 2010. Today, it has evolved as a most sought after profit centre with successful case studies to its credits.
In 2011, our team of Brand Strategist formulated a scientific process ‘In8’, an insight driven 8 step process, to help brand achieve its desired results. Over the years, this process has evolved and ‘In8’ has helped many brands nationally and even internationally to formulate an apt plan to make brand and communication strategies effective. To add cherry on the top, 2014 gave us a ‘Gold Abbys’ and the thirst for Cannes!
Our urge to ’Never Stop’ is engraved in our DNA and the fire within us keep us evolving constantly, time and again, vertically and horizontally!
